This morning was a very relaxing morning. I put on the coffee and then a load of laundry. We made a toasted egg and bacon, tomato and onion sandwich. Delicious!
This afternoon we (Dick, Lois, Rick and I) took the "Wild West Badlands Tour" for 31/2 hours. It was a beautiful sunny day and the tour guide Pat was excellent and full of lots of local lore and his own stories from his past 30 years in the area. Drumheller is a past coal mining town from the turn of the century. There were 10 people on the tour in a 15 passenger van which gave everyone a comfortable ride. We went across a suspension bridge,
visited the "Hoodoo's"

(a place that we had stopped with Tessa and Gable in 2002), crossed 11 bridges in 6 km, visited the town of Wayne with 27 residents and a haunted hotel and saloon,

out to the natural amphitheatre where the "Passion of Christ Show" is performed every summer, buffalo jump lookout,

the Beriot Ferry, and Horse Thief Canyon and then back to the campground. Rick and I both enjoyed the entire afternoon.
We will be playing cards this evening, once again.
